I get a lot of emails and enquiries. Up until now I've responded to every one, but I really am getting snowed under. At the moment I'm about 3-4 weeks behind. I do try to respond to those who need help, first, and then go through the rest in the order they have arrived. If you need a response within 4 weeks, please 'phone the studio on 01244 351 777 instead of using the form.
PLEASE check to see if the answer to your question is on the site. I've changed the navigation completely to try to make it easier to find information. Anybody that obviously hasn't checked the website before contacting me will be put at the bottom of the pile. I will, eventually, get around to responding when I've caught up with everything else.
If you have not recieved a response within 4 weeks and the answer to your query is not on the website, it could be that my spam filter has blocked you for some reason - it is a bit sensitive, at times. I do check through the list regularly, but I do sometimes miss one occasionally. If you let me know you've already contacted us, I'll put you at the top of the list.
